We have a 5 business day standard production time. We do not include the day of order or the day of shipment in those 5 days, however. Some items may have longer production times, see each product information for details.

Yes, we offer rush services for most of our products. There is a 35% upcharge for most rush orders and is 2-3 day production.

Yes, we off free ground shipping for all of our products. This applies to orders only within the continental USA. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged freight accordingly, call for quote.

No, we are sorry, but we only ship orders within the USA boundaries. Canadian orders must be called in and approved.

For our full color printing, we require high resolution art, at least 300dpi. You can send us a .jpg, .tif, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, .pdf, or any other file that will sustain a high resolution image. Send all files to art@e-mousepads.com.
