Artwork Requirements

E-Mousepads.com accepts electronic art and camera ready artwork.

Popular Formats We Prefer:

Adobe Illustrator [.ai, .eps, .pdf]   ~Always convert font to outlines

Adobe Photoshop [.psd, .jpg, .tif, .eps, .pdf]   ~Always convert font to outlines

Macromedia Freehand [.fh0, .eps, .pdf]  ~Always convert fonts to paths

Corel Draw [.cdr, .eps, .pdf]  ~Always convert font to curves

If printing in full color, .tif, .jpg, or Photoshop files may be accepted (at 300 dpi or higher), but do not accept .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or Photoshop files for spot color printing (all methods except full color).  Please reference your company name and PO # in your e-mail. 

*Manipulation of art may incur a charge. If a low resolution file is submitted, our art department can redraw or recreate most artwork for a fee.  Fees range from $20 to $50, depending on complexity of logo.

Returns & Replacements
Merchandise cannot be returned without approval. No merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from receipt. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions and all appropriate materials included. Merchandise that has been printed cannot be returned unless a mistake is made on our end. Each order is evaluated carefully. Don't worry, we guarantee our service and product and make sure we get your order right the first time!

It's easy to place an order online with our new state of the art shopping cart! Just add items to your cart and submit, it's that easy! We accept orders from anyone, that includes for personal use, business, corporate, or whatever other use you can think of!

For those customers who are not able to use a credit card, we will require payment prior to manufacturing your order.  PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE PRODUCT SHIPS.

Shipping Information & Production Time
Shipping is free for all orders shipping ground to any State in the continental USA. Printed orders take approximately 5 business days to ship.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, you must first create an account. This is done when you place an order with us. Once an account has been created, just login to view your order, find tracking information, or update account information.
Minimum Order Quantity Requirement
All orders, whether they be blank or imprinted, have a 50-150 piece (per style) minimum purchase requirement (depending on the item, see item details for its minimum).
